We have a condensed work schedule. The following are our shift options. We cannot guarantee that we have availability for your preferred shift.
Shift 1 – Sunday – e/o Wednesday Day Shift (5AM-5PM)
Shift 3 - e/o Wednesday – Saturday Day Shift (5AM-5PM)
Monday - Thursday (with Fridays as needed) - Night Shift
Your Job:
Everyday millions of protein bars roll off our production lines. As a production worker you are responsible for one of the steps in the production process.
Load ingredients into the machines to keep production running.
Package bars into boxes.
Stack and palletize boxes to prepare for delivery.
What you Bring:
We value the skills and experiences you've gained in any field and are experienced in training you to become a skilled operator @ EMPWR.
· Eagerness to Learn: No prior experience in production is needed
· Team Player: We act together
· Adaptability: Able to switch gears when needed and tackle new challenges with a positive attitude.
· Attention to Detail: your keen eye for detail will help you excel in making sure our production quality is top-notch.
· Reliability: Just as your previous roles counted on you to show up and perform, we value your dependability and commitment to your work schedule, with openness to occasional overtime.
· Language: Fluent in English? Great! Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
· Eligibility to Work: You are authorized to work in the US. We participate in E-Verify to assist with this process.
