At EMPWR USA, Inc we are not sitting still. In McMinnville we currently have three production lines for nutrition bars and currently undergoing construction to add more production space!

A new line for us, that means a lot of opportunities for you! Will you join our team as a production worker? Together with you, we look at which step in the production process best suits your qualities and which function suits you best.

We have a condensed work schedule. The following are our shift options. We cannot guarantee that we have availability for your preferred shift.

Shift 1 – Sunday – e/o Wednesday Day Shift (5AM-5PM)

Shift 3 - e/o Wednesday – Saturday Day Shift (5AM-5PM)

Monday - Thursday (with Fridays as needed) - Night Shift

Your Job:

Everyday millions of protein bars roll off our production lines. As a production worker you are responsible for one of the steps in the production process.

• You accurately measure and prepare food ingredients used in mass produced food products.

• You make the perfect mix of ingredients for our delicious products or make sure they end up in the right packaging.

• You ensure proper production and packaging with quality, speed and accuracy, communicate with staff on quality issues, identify potential problems, and work in a fast-paced production line.
