Job Summary
The HR Business Partner drives performance management, fosters strong employee relations, enhances engagement, manages recognition programs, and provides HR consultation at all levels. They develop and implement initiatives aligned with the company’s values to support a positive, high-performing organizational culture.
Responsibilities
Lead and refine performance management, coaching managers on goal setting and feedback.
Advise employees and managers on conflict resolution, policies, and employee relations.
Develop and implement engagement and recognition programs to boost satisfaction and retention.
Investigate and resolve employee complaints fairly and consistently.
Provide HR consultation, ensure compliance, and support policy development.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, with a focus on performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues and drive positive change.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to design and implement effective recognition and engagement programs.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
