Handle order processing from order acceptance to invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
Organize the continuous flow of goods and meticulously manage administrative preparation.
Ensure customer-friendly handling of complaints and inquiries.
Maintain regular contact with the warehouse and production planning teams to ensure seamless operations.
What you Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in account coordination, customer service, or a related role in a manufacturing environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
