Your challenge
As an Account Coordinator, you serve as the vital link between customers, the sales team, and our operational departments at EMPWR. Your role is to take the initial customer request, as outlined by our Sales Team, and navigate it through all essential steps. This ensures that, by the time production begins, our team has all the necessary information and packaging materials to produce the customer’s desired bar. From refining product specifications to coordinating packaging details, you ensure a smooth transition from concept to production-ready.
Your responsibilities
Coordinate packaging development for new and existing protein bars. You’ll act as the key contact for EMPWR’s customers, art suppliers, and internal teams, coordinating all info with Sales, R&D, Quality & Regulatory and operations across our different international locations.
Manage all the packaging related administration and act as the first troubleshooter when issues or questions arise.
Communicate with the Master data team, so all data is accessible for other colleagues.
Support International Sales Managers in overseeing and maintaining relationships with assigned key accounts, playing a pivotal role in managing various pre-sales activities and ongoing processes.
Dispatch product samples to the customers.
Pick up continuous improvement projects on the go, because we’re a strong growing company in a fast and flexible sector.
Report to the Head of Sales Operations.
Your profile
You have a proven track record in sales support or project management and are highly skilled in communicating with and servicing clients.
You preferably have a university degree or think as such.
You are a problem solver and have strong communication skills, you are able to constantly think in terms of customer satisfaction.
Key in your competencies and approach is your service mind-set and your ability to look beyond the task on your plate.
You are a teamplayer.
You are fluent in Dutch & English, knowledge of other languages is a plus (eg. German).
You have good MS Office skills, and SAP skills are a plus.

Where we work
We’re on the 8th floor with a great view on the skyline. The Blue Towers are centrally located near Ghent and easily accessible by car and bike. In this vibrant area you won’t go hungry either. Besides our pantry of high-protein bars, there’s plenty of food stores and restaurants nearby.
Our headquarters has a well-equipped lab where our team makes prototypes that allow us to evaluate on the spot and push our innovations one step further. Always being this close to the product is an enormous advantage for the teams and fuels our passion for our product even further.
