In order to shape the future of their ambitious scale-up company, EMPWR wants to strengthen the team with Production Technologist (m/f).
A day in the life:
- Overseeing the production process
- Ensuring that the production process is efficient and that production targets are met
- Supervising production staff: You will oversee production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborating with other departments: You will collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing to ensure that production and distribution goals are met.
- Working with production planning and scheduling to estimate production times to meet customer requirements
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
What you bring:
- University degree from Food, Chemistry or Pharmacy
- Minimum 3 years’ experience operating in a production facility
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to deal with problems involving both abstract and concrete variables in a variety of situations
- Ability to make sound decisions, research questions that are unknown to him/her
- Ability to schedule, coordinate and track multiple tasks
- Ability to solve complex problems with both clearly defined and abstract variables
- Strong knowledge of PC programs such as Microsoft Office

We may have a state-of-the-art facility in Nova Gradiška, but it’s the hundreds of people that come in every day who make it run. Their relentless effort makes the bars come of the line. Growth is fun but keeping up with growth isn’t easy. It’s the hard work of these women and men that makes the EMPWR story the success story it is today.

Where we work
In our hub in Zagreb, we’ve gathered a compact team of experts with supporting functions. This location gives us access to talents who live in the Croatian capital. We operate from 5th floor of the Petrius Center, which is easily accessible from any direction and close to the Zagreb airport.
In Nova Gradiška we work hard to produce the best bars, but we also know how to have good fun. Our teambuildings, Kids Days, Christmas parties, and other events are just a few examples. On top, we give a hand when our employees start a family and also support them with several leisure initiatives.
