At EMPWR we are not sitting still. In McMinnville, we currently have two production lines for protein bar and we are expanding with a new line.
A new line for us, that means a lot of opportunities for you! We are looking for 70 new team members to help us give taste to our future.
Production line worker is responsible for maintaining quality of food and documentation for food production line, ensure proper production and packaging with quality, speed and accuracy, communicate with staff on quality issues, identify potential problems, and work in a fast-paced production line. Production Line Worker is proficient in one or more positions on the production line that is not machine operator or mixer, and able to work reliably with little supervision.
Hours: a compressed work week schedule. Shifts are twelve hours long 5:00pm-5:00am and rotate from three to four days a week.
$2.50 Shift differential pay

What do we expect from you?
Every day millions of protein bars roll off our production lines. As a Production worker, you are responsible for one of the steps in the production process.
· Accurately measure and prepare food ingredients used in mass produced food products.
· Work on a fast-paced and continuous production line.
· Responsible for documentation and provide signature to verify compliance with all required quality specifications and procedure checks for the assigned area.
· Ensure all safety devices are fully operational and that safety procedures are being observed.
· Record all production performance, counts, downtime and other quality or production related information as required.
· Must follow all safety requirements of the position.

The facility
In McMinnville, the growth in operations has given us a new breath that allows to expand our operations and modernize our equipment. The future looks bright, and that vibe makes it an exciting spot to be for our entire team here in the U.S.
The R&D center
Our growing R&D center is where the team can make and evaluate prototypes for our customers and the growing nutrition bar industry. This onsite center allows us to immediately evaluate the test results and to rapidly push our innovations one step further. All employees are encouraged to taste new prototypes and share their thoughts.
We’re situated in the south end of McMinnville, a historic town in the heart of Oregon’s wine country. Not many cities here are as lucky to be just 45 minutes away from the big city, the mountains, and the ocean. An easy commute from all directions, without traffic jams.
