This is a full time position based in our beautiful offices in Nova Gradiška.
Your main mission will be developing, implementing, and administering the organization's compensation and benefits programs.
What your day will look like:
Design, develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization's objectives and culture.
Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to determine appropriate salary ranges, job classifications, and benefits packages.
Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for changes to the organization's compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits programs.
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits programs.
Partner with HR team members to communicate and educate employees on the organization's compensation and benefits programs.
Manage the annual open enrollment process for benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely administration of employee benefits.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.
Collaborate with other HR team members on various projects, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
What we are looking for in you?
Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Human Resources or related field.
5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a solid understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and develop insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Where we work
In our hub in Zagreb, we’ve gathered a compact team of experts with supporting functions. This location gives us access to talents who live in the Croatian capital. We operate from 5th floor of the Petrius Center, which is easily accessible from any direction and close to the Zagreb airport.
In Nova Gradiška we work hard to produce the best bars, but we also know how to have good fun. Our teambuildings, Kids Days, Christmas parties, and other events are just a few examples. On top, we give a hand when our employees start a family and also support them with several leisure initiatives.
