At EMPWR USA, Inc we are not sitting still. In McMinnville we currently have three production lines for protein bar with more lines to come!
A new line for us, that means a lot of opportunities for you! We are growing our Warehouse team!
Warehouse worker is responsible for varied daily tasks such as loading and unloading outgoing and incoming deliveries, select ingredients and deliver to production, wrap pallets of finished goods and comply with all relevant safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Your Responsibilities:
Lot Traceability
Quality checks and Allergan knowledge.
Raw Material and Truck Inspection.
Shrink-wrap finished good pallets as they come off the line or as instructed.
Verify finished good counts, label information and paperwork.
Relocate products from the production floor to designated areas in the warehouse.
Physical counts as requested.
Pick and deliver product orders to specified production areas as instructed on sales orders.
Build finished good pallets to customers sales orders and apply proper shipping labels.
Complete sales orders with required data and information.
Load and unload trucks with forklift or pallet jack.
Label products and check for damaged goods as they are received into warehouse.
Complete all necessary receiving, picking, damaged products and other required paperwork as defined by SOP's.
Move incoming products to designated area in warehouse.
Pull outgoing products for production as needed.
Knowledge and use of the FEFO/FIFO method for ingredients and materials.
Required to wear PPEs such as slip resistant shoes and GMPs such as hair nets, beard nets, lab coats and gloves.
Ability to complete assigned paperwork such as recording lot numbers and product variances and deviations.
Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) that pertain to your area.
What you Bring
Ability to speak, read and write English fluently as it pertains to fulfilling job requirements.
Must be available to work any shift – flexibility with schedule required.
Must be available to work overtime hours if needed.
Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.
Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Must be able to obtain Forklift Certification (done in-house).
Physical Requirements:
Standing and walking up to 13 hours
Able to lift and carry 25 to 65 lbs. repeatedly
Able to push/pull more than 1,000 lbs. using pallet jack
Able to continually bend, stoop, twist, use arms, wrists and hands (including grasping and squeezing) throughout shift.
Able to occasionally kneel, reach above the shoulder, work at heights and climb steps with products weighing 25 to 65 lbs.

The facility
In McMinnville, the growth in operations has given us a new breath that allows to expand our operations and modernize our equipment. The future looks bright, and that vibe makes it an exciting spot to be for our entire team here in the U.S.
The R&D center
Our growing R&D center is where the team can make and evaluate prototypes for our customers and the growing nutrition bar industry. This onsite center allows us to immediately evaluate the test results and to rapidly push our innovations one step further. All employees are encouraged to taste new prototypes and share their thoughts.
We’re situated in the south end of McMinnville, a historic town in the heart of Oregon’s wine country. Not many cities here are as lucky to be just 45 minutes away from the big city, the mountains, and the ocean. An easy commute from all directions, without traffic jams.
