Challenge
As an SAP Analyst at EMPWR Nutrition, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by providing first-line SAP support and training to end-users. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues within the SD, MM, WM, PP, and QM modules. You will serve as the liaison between our business teams and the EMPWR SAP team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing requirement documents, testing new solutions, and ensuring that new SAP functionalities are effectively rolled out across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise in SAP systems, work closely with cross-functional teams, and make a direct impact on improving operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
Provide first-line support to business users for SAP-related issues across the SD, MM, WM, PP, and QM domains.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues whenever possible. If issues cannot be resolved, escalate them to the EMPWR SAP team for further assistance.
Ensure clear communication with users regarding issue status and resolution.
Offer first-line support to users for scanner applications integrated with SAP, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Work with business users to gather and document requirements for new SAP functionalities or enhancements.
Collaborate with the EMPWR SAP team to ensure requirements are understood and evaluated for feasibility.
Conduct testing on new deliverables once approved and ensure that they meet business needs.
Provide training and communication to users regarding new features or changes.
Receive new updates (CRs, solutions) from the SAP team regarding the EMPWR SAP template.
Test new updates to ensure they meet the required business functions.
Communicate updates to users and provide training as needed to ensure smooth adoption of new features.
Facilitate SAP navigation training for new users to ensure they are comfortable with the system.
Conduct role-specific training to ensure users understand their responsibilities within the SAP system.
Assist with onboarding new users and provide ongoing support during the transition period.
Work closely with business stakeholders and the SAP team to ensure that business requirements are understood and addressed.
Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of project statuses, system changes, and updates.
Serve as a point of contact for ongoing support and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP support or a similar role, particularly within the SD, MM, WM, PP, and QM modules.
Familiarity with scanner applications and troubleshooting is an advantage.
Experience in training users on new SAP solutions and systems. • Strong understanding of SAP systems and related modules (SD, MM, WM, PP, QM).
Experience with testing and validating new SAP functionalities or updates.
Familiarity with documenting business requirements and preparing reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical users.
Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues independently.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail in testing and validating system functionalities.
Experience in conducting user training and providing ongoing support to SAP users.
Comfortable with creating training materials and documentation.

The facility
In McMinnville, the growth in operations has given us a new breath that allows to expand our operations and modernize our equipment. The future looks bright, and that vibe makes it an exciting spot to be for our entire team here in the U.S.
The R&D center
Our growing R&D center is where the team can make and evaluate prototypes for our customers and the growing nutrition bar industry. This onsite center allows us to immediately evaluate the test results and to rapidly push our innovations one step further. All employees are encouraged to taste new prototypes and share their thoughts.
We’re situated in the south end of McMinnville, a historic town in the heart of Oregon’s wine country. Not many cities here are as lucky to be just 45 minutes away from the big city, the mountains, and the ocean. An easy commute from all directions, without traffic jams.
