Sales Support/Account Coordinator

As Account Coordinator, you are the linking pin between the customers, the sales people and the

operational teams within EMPWR, striving for an excellent service and sales support.

Your responsibilities

• You support the International Sales Managers in managing and servicing the key accounts you have been assigned to and you are a key player in managing different pre-sales processes;

• You collect relevant tender dossiers and gather and prepare the necessary information for these tenders;

• You act as a point of contact for EMPWR’s customers, for packaging and R&D related questions;

• You coordinate label & artwork with the customer and internally;

• You send product samples to the customers, manage the sales-related administration and act as the first troubleshooter when issues or questions arise. You support portfolio

management (new listings, cut tails, …);

• You pick up improvement projects on the go;

• You report to the Account Coordination Manager.

Your profile

• You have a proven track record in sales support or product management and are highly skilled in communicating with and servicing clients;

• You preferably have a university degree or think as such;

• You are a problem solver and have strong communication skills, you are able to constantly think in terms of customer satisfaction;

• Key in your competencies and approach is your service mind-set and your ability to look beyond the task on your plate;

• You are a team player;

• You are fluent in Dutch & English, knowledge of other languages is a plus (f.e. German);

• You have good MS Office & SAP skills.

We’re on the 8th floor with a great view on the skyline. The Blue Towers are centrally located near Ghent and easily accessible by car and bike. In this vibrant area you won’t go hungry either. Besides our pantry of high-protein bars, there’s plenty of food stores and restaurants nearby.

Our headquarters has a well-equipped lab where our team makes prototypes that allow us to evaluate on the spot and push our innovations one step further. Always being this close to the product is an enormous advantage for the teams and fuels our passion for our product even further.
